LIFE IS A JOURNEY

Life is not a straight line where you start from one end and arrive at the other in a continuum. There are ups and downs, there are high and low moments. There are days you will not feel like getting out of bed but there are also days you will be itching for the day to break.

Life is full of seasons. There are times you have abundance and there are times you will struggle to make ends meet. But in all of this know that each life’s journey takes different timing. When you achieve some heights or have a cause to celebrate, always reflect on how you got there.

You will realize that things did not always go the way you expected them to. You had some bad breaks, you had some near misses, and you wept sometimes because you were frustrated that things were going north all the time. You despaired and felt like throwing in the towel because you could not make headway.

Nonetheless, when you eventually get to your destination, you will appreciate how all things have worked together for your good. The bad breaks may have brought you some other opportunities you did not expect. You may have made some new friends, relocated to a new place or taken a course just to get another job you did not like but all in all, it will work out for your good. Hang in there.

Instead of crying over spilt milk or worrying about how many lemons you have why not make lemonades out of them? You might come upon a new receipt, get inspired to write a book or a poem and do some research that will bring solutions to many yet unborn.

Be intentional about living every season of your life because you do not know what you are being prepared for.

Life is a journey live it, love it.
